I, born in 1964, have a degree in economics and studied business administration at the University of Duisburg with a focus on auditing, controlling, taxation and strategic corporate management.

My first professional steps took me as a student to auditing at KPMG Germany. There I gained valuable experience, especially in the transformation of some companies in the new federal states. In the course of my life, I have always looked for opportunities that come with disruptive and innovative situations and topics. In 1994 I switched to Deutsche Bundespost Telekom and initially supported the conversion from a state-owned company to a stock corporation including the IPO in Germany and the USA and later the developing international business.

I have worked in various leading and creative roles at home and abroad; My projects have taken me to Asia, Russia, Ukraine, the USA and the countries of Central Europe. In Indonesia I headed the controlling of a mobile communications company, from Germany I arranged large-volume financing for the group and set up a shared service function for the treasury.

My last permanent position took me to Romania, where I headed the operational strategy department (Strategy Execution) of the subgroup. In addition to the realignment of the subgroup, I was responsible for the roll-out of the fiber optic network.

After a few months off, I started my own business and offer my extensive experience and my contacts as a consultant and project manager.

My offer is aimed primarily at companies, projects and investors with a focus on telecommunications.

I offer support in entering the market and in formulating and implementing a suitable and comprehensive strategy.

I see it as my job as a neutral “outsider” to create clarity in complex situations and to support management with structured proposed solutions and thus to create a solid basis for decisions.
